The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Hyderabad team and help build the core product platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship features that hardware teams use every day — from PDM vault workflows to PLM lifecycle states, BOM management, and real-time collaboration tools.

This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role. You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture decisions, and help set the bar for code quality on the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full stack features across Bild’s PDM and PLM platform
• Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Develop responsive, intuitive UI components using React
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Collaborate with product and design on complex engineering workflows (check-in/check-out, versioning, BOM trees, change orders)
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team’s technical culture

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (REST APIs, async patterns, performance)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
• Solid understanding of databases — SQL and/or NoSQL
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with PDM, PLM, CAD, or engineering data management tools
• Familiarity with real-time collaboration features (WebSockets, CRDTs)
• Experience with file storage and large binary data management
• Background in B2B SaaS products
