Junior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new features in the Bild platform using ReactJS and NodeJS
• Gather and incorporate feedback from teammates and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other developers and designers to improve usability
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Perform end-to-end testing to deliver the best product
• Play a key role in shaping the future of Bild

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, browser testing, and debugging
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, SCSS, and Redux is a plus
• Experience with automated testing is a plus
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and making decisions without all the answers in front of you
• Experience in B2B products, and productivity/communication tools
• Comfortable defining success metrics and making data-informed decisions
• Passionate about Bild’s mission and the future of the industry
