About the Role

As a Product Engineer at Glomopay, you’ll be the driving force behind our revolutionary payment systems. You’ll work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of fintech, collaborating with a team of passionate engineers to create scalable, robust solutions that handle critical transactions daily. Your code will be the backbone of our platform, ensuring seamless money flow across borders.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver payment solutions in a live environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient code for core payment systems.
• Adhere to clean code discipline, ensuring code is robust and maintainable.
• Collaborate on front-end interfaces and demonstrate full-stack proficiency.
• Thrive in CI/CD environments, including trunk-based development.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Tackle challenges head-on with an effective problem-solving mindset.
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Prioritize the integrity and confidentiality of financial data, following security best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payment product development.
• Strong coding skills in at least 1-2 modern server-side languages (Ruby is a plus).
• *Experience in CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on impact.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team environments.
• Awareness of security best practices in financial technology.
